Magdalen Ringley

Dr. Maggie Ringley joined the team at Jennings Veterinarians in August 2026, she looks forward to building meaningful relationships with clients and providing high-quality, compassionate care to both small and large animal patients.

Dr. Ringley earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology and Animal & Veterinary Sciences from the University of Wyoming, graduating in May 2022. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2026.

Her clinical experience is diverse and well-rounded. Dr. Ringley began her journey in veterinary medicine with an internship at a small animal practice during high school. While completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in both a mixed-animal practice and a veterinary diagnostic laboratory, where she gained valuable insight into cases from diagnosis through outcome. During veterinary school, she further expanded her experience through an internship with the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS), strengthening her knowledge in public health and food safety.

Dr. Ringley has a strong interest in preventative medicine for both small and large animals, as well as public health and client education. She is passionate about helping pet owners make informed, confident decisions regarding their animals’ health and well-being.

Originally from North Georgia, Dr. Ringley later moved with her family to Richmond, Indiana, where she attended high school. She is currently in the process of relocating to North Vernon and is excited to become an active part of the local community.

What Dr. Ringley loves most about veterinary medicine is the opportunity to care for a wide variety of animals while also forming lasting relationships with the people who love them. She values the connection built during each visit—not just as a doctor, but as a trusted partner in her clients’ animals’ lives. She also appreciates the ever-changing nature of veterinary medicine, which keeps each day engaging and rewarding.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Ringley enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her interests include traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active outdoors through walking, hiking, and swimming. She also enjoys relaxing at home with movies, TV shows, puzzles, cooking new recipes, and reading. Although she does not currently have pets of her own, she grew up with horses and dogs and looks forward to welcoming new animals into her home in the near future.

Dr. Ringley is excited to begin her career at Jennings Veterinarians and is committed to building strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional care to their animals.
