Coby Ney

Dr. Coby Ney joined our team in July 2025 and is excited to be part of a caring, close-knit community where he can build lasting relationships with clients and their pets. What drew him to the practice was the perfect combination of medicine he enjoys practicing and the welcoming, dedicated team he would be working alongside.

Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Ney earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University. After veterinary school, he completed a Small Animal Rotating Internship and worked with a Large Animal Critical Care Team, gaining valuable experience in a variety of medical and emergency settings.

Dr. Ney has a special interest in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine as well as Surgery. He enjoys the challenge of complex medical cases and finds great satisfaction in helping pets through difficult situations. His passion for veterinary medicine comes from a love of both the animals he cares for and the science behind diagnosing and treating illness.

Now living locally, Dr. Ney shares his home with four dogs: a female Husky, a male Pit Mix, a male German Shorthaired Pointer, and a female Pit Bull. When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys bourbon hunting, board games, reading, and spending time hiking outdoors.

Dr. Ney looks forward to serving the community and providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and the people who love them.
